Booq Macbook Pro case
08 June 2006
Anyone who has been following my “Reboot review” posts, stay tuned as I do intend to complete my run through of the sessions I attended at Reboot once time permits.
But onto this post…after the pain of putting my Macbook Pro away “naked” whilst at Reboot I decided to invest in a case. I’ve been dreaming over Booq notebook cases and bags for a while, so with business being good at the moment I decided to invest.
I was able to choose a case that exactly matched the size of my Macbook Pro 15”, the Vyper M2. After tax and shipping the total came to quite a way over the €43 advertised on their site, but whats a little money to protect one of my most valued posessions.
The case arrived this morning and I am very happy with it. The zips are designed to never come into contact with the laptop and scratch it and the outer shell is flexible, but also reinforced. The corners of the Vyper are also reinforced.
Here are some pictures I just took.

October 12, 2006 at 09:32 PM i just purchased one and recieved it, i love the quality of Booq but i was wondering if there is suppose to be some space between the laptop and case. I have the same vyper m2 and a macBook pro 15in. The sides are all really fitted but the height is a little loose, almost like i can fit a thin book in the case. It bothers me a bit. Is the case suppose to not fit the height of the laptop flush?
November 08, 2006 at 06:00 AM Wondering the same as Mr Aaron. I have the m2 and it seems very loose compared to my finances vyper case for her macbook 13 in. i was beginning to wonder if I was actually give a Vyper L in the wrong box. Is your a bit large too?
